  Overall, we were incredibly pleased with The Green Panel. They handled the installation of our 10 solar panels and two Tesla Powerwalls flawlessly, and they were by far the most responsive and professional company we worked with during the whole process. Tara was fantastic – she took the time to answer all of our questions and really helped us figure out the best system for our home. We especially appreciated their dedicated team handling the interconnection process with the city and utility, which moved along efficiently, even during the busy holiday season. But the best part was the installation crew. They were incredibly hardworking, polite, and kept the area spotless.   Overall, I’m really pleased with my new solar panels – Green Panel did a fantastic job from start to finish. They took care of everything, including getting the permits and the installation, and they even went the extra mile by clearing the panels of snow before the inspection. The system’s working perfectly as expected. My only small issue was with communication occasionally, but it wasn’t a major problem. I’d definitely recommend Green Panel. report abuse

  Overall, I had a really positive experience with this company. I got quotes from a few different installers and went with them because they felt like a genuine, established team – not just a bunch of contractors. Tara was fantastic at first, providing all the necessary information, and I also appreciated talking with Adam, the owner, who was incredibly knowledgeable. The installation process took about two and a half months, including the holiday season, and while that’s a bit longer than I anticipated, I now understand that’s just part of the process. Mark was my main point of contact during the installation and commissioning, and I read a review mentioning his personality, but honestly, I didn’t find it an issue – he’s very focused and efficient, and he always responded promptly to my questions.   Overall, we were incredibly pleased with the solar installation team. They handled everything from the permits and coordinating with Consumers Power really smoothly, and the installation crew was professional and incredibly efficient – the whole process was surprisingly quick. We especially appreciated that they used American-made Mission Solar panels and have been getting the output we were expecting. The only thing we regret is not going solar sooner! report abuse
