  Overall, this was a very negative experience. The team seemed incredibly overworked and treated poorly – the owner, Jim, was described as a bully who demanded excessive hours and frequently berated his employees publicly. The quality of their work was also a concern. It’s clear the shop has a seriously unhealthy environment, and I wouldn’t recommend it. report abuse
