  “I couldn’t be happier with the work Pure Energy Windows did on my home. We had a really complicated project – a two-story wall of doors leading to nowhere that had significant water damage. They completely gutted the area, rebuilt the framing, installed new windows, and re-sided the whole thing – and they finished the entire job in just one day! The crew was fantastic. The new windows look amazing, and honestly, the difference is incredible. I live on a busy street near a ski hill, so the noise reduction is a huge benefit. They were fantastic – incredibly professional, friendly, and so respectful of our historic Victorian home and even our dog!   Overall, we had a fantastic experience with Pure Energy Window Co. – from start to finish, they were truly exceptional. We replaced a lot of windows and a storm door, and they handled the entire process with professionalism and care. We got several quotes initially and really appreciated how honest and thorough our sales representative was. He took the time to answer all our questions, and we felt the quote was very fair compared to other companies. They also stuck to the timeline they gave us, which was a huge relief. The installation itself was impressive! The crew of about ten people were incredibly efficient; they installed 24 windows in just about five hours. When they discovered some of the window openings were more damaged than they’d initially thought, they were upfront about it and, importantly, didn’t charge us extra for the unexpected repairs. The second installation went just as smoothly. What really stood out was the crew – they were friendly, courteous, and incredibly clean during the whole process. They did a fantastic job cleaning up after themselves, which was a significant step above our previous experiences with other contractors.   I just wanted to share an amazing experience with the window installation crew – Ray, Joey, Devin, Mare, and Trotter. Seriously, they were fantastic! As someone with a bit of construction knowledge, I could tell they were incredibly professional and did everything with expertise and care. They were polite, punctual, and took fantastic precautions, covering everything and leaving my floors spotless. They really went above and beyond, explaining the process thoroughly before and after completion.
