“I had to take my Yanmar machine in for repairs, and unfortunately, the experience was really frustrating. The dealer initially suspected a hydraulic or water issue, and after replacing a sensor, the machine only lasted five minutes before throwing codes again. That alone cost me over $1100. Then, the following week they contacted me saying it might need to be taken to a Ditch Witch dealer due to a newly discovered hydraulic leak – something that wasn’t there before. Because they’re a dealer, I asked them to fix the leak and continue working on the machine, as I still needed it. After another week, they returned it after just fixing a loose hose, which ended up costing me another $900. It was a really long process, over a month in the shop, and honestly, it’s a specialized machine with a Yanmar engine, so it’s not something they do every day. ”
