  “I was really pleased with the work Marco and his crew did at my house in Dorchester. They installed some beautiful outdoor lighting, a new in-wall electric heater in the bathroom, and took care of a couple of outlets upstairs – all done to a really high standard. Plus, Mj Electric was incredibly competitive with their pricing, and they even offered same-day service which was fantastic. I’d definitely recommend them!” report abuse

  “Marcus was initially responsive, but unfortunately, the experience was really frustrating. He gave me an initial estimate, but then repeatedly stalled by saying it was ready and on his desk, despite multiple follow-up calls and requests. He never actually sent the estimate, and instead just kept delaying things. It felt incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful of my time – he really didn’t seem interested in completing the job, and simply kept me waiting without a clear answer.” report abuse

  “I reached out a few days ago and he initially seemed interested in the job. However, due to the Labor Day weekend, he offered to do it after the holiday. When I contacted him on Tuesday to discuss it further, he was apparently too busy to talk, offering some pretty flimsy excuses. Honestly, it seemed like a complete waste of time.” report abuse
