  “I’m incredibly disappointed with this flooring installation. When the crew did the work, they were incredibly unprofessional – smoking inside the house and even being disrespectful to my dog. Now, two months later, the LFV flooring is already cracking and the seams are clearly visible. The owner hasn’t taken any responsibility for the poor quality work and frankly, accused me of lying. I strongly advise anyone considering this company to save their money and go with a more reliable contractor.” report abuse

  I’m so glad I took my friend’s recommendation – it turned out to be spot on! From start to finish, working with this company was fantastic. Jeff, our salesperson, was incredibly helpful and punctual for our appointment. He really listened to our needs and, importantly, steered us towards a more suitable grade for our situation, considering my 90-year-old mother. The installers were absolutely exceptional – fast, polite, and they cleaned up every single bit after themselves. Plus, the price was significantly lower than Lowe’s and Home Depot.
