  “I’m incredibly disappointed with this experience. We had a serious problem with our water heater, likely caused by a faulty valve, but the company never followed through on their promise to return. Chris initially assured us they’d be back, but then Scott made a dismissive comment that wasn’t helpful at all. Because of this lack of action and poor communication, we’re now taking the necessary steps to get the issue properly addressed – we’ll be contacting the plumbing inspector.” report abuse

  Lambert’s was fantastic! I had a leaking toilet and they were incredibly quick to respond and get it fixed – they replaced the entire thing in just 45 minutes! I was really impressed with their speed and they gave me a fair price for the toilet and all the necessary parts. They even took away the old one.   “I was really struggling to get my Bradford White water heater lit, so I called a plumber. They diagnosed a faulty thermocouple and quoted $300 to fix it, but they said it wasn’t worth the cost considering the heater was over six years old. Then they suggested a new one for $1400 – that seemed crazy, especially since new ones were only $599! Luckily, I had the paperwork from my last installation. Through Columbia Gas, I spoke with Scott Lambert, and he walked me through the whole process of re-lighting the pilot. And you know what? It worked! The heater’s working perfectly, and Scott Lambert is a really helpful guy – definitely the person to call if you have any plumbing issues.” report abuse

I called a week ago to get a kitchen sink, faucet, and bathroom baseboard heating element installed, and they showed up right on time this morning. I decided to add a bathroom sink and faucet too, which was great – thankfully they weren’t requiring me to supply the fixtures themselves, which I’ve found frustrating with other plumbers. They did a really quick job, finishing up in about two hours, and they cleaned up everything perfectly. The best part was that Kyle, one of the plumbers, actually identified a problem with my furnace zones that my wife had been complaining about all winter! It turned out one of the zones wasn't working properly, even after I’d replaced the thermostat. He got the correct part and fixed it – I realized I should have listened to her sooner!
