  “We’ve been consistently pleased with Atlantic’s service. A couple of years ago, we experienced an issue with our new central air system, and they quickly resolved it with Tony, who was incredibly helpful and thorough in finding a small leak. The service managers were also fantastic and very responsive. More recently, Francisco did our annual service call and was just as professional – really thorough, respectful, and did a great job cleaning the condenser.” report abuse

  Francisco was a really valuable addition to the team – he was incredibly focused on his work and a genuinely good young man. I was particularly impressed with his initiative; he took the time to clean the inside of the outside condenser – something that really stood out and wasn’t something I’ve seen others do. report abuse

  “Working with Atlantic was truly a relief – especially given the complexities of remodeling this 130-year-old Victorian house. It was a really challenging project involving multiple contractors, and frankly, it intimidated a lot of them. But Atlantic consistently delivered on their promises, which was incredibly important to me as the project manager. The teams were incredibly professional and did fantastic work. Bill, in particular, was a fantastic customer engineer and representative; he ensured each team addressed the specific needs of the project and was always readily available to answer any questions or concerns. They handled everything from the mini-split AC installation on the first floor and the attic AC unit, to the make-up air system and the significant heating system remodel – all with a level of responsiveness and expertise I really appreciated.   “We’ve been really pleased with Atlantic Heating and Air – they installed our AC a couple of years back, and we’ve continued to use them. Today, Angel and Luis came to do our annual maintenance, and they were fantastic. They were both incredibly courteous and professional, arriving even a few minutes early. They took such care, even putting shoe covers on when they went inside, and they thoroughly cleaned both the handler in the attic and the condenser outside. They went above and beyond by checking the airflow through all our vents with us, and they offered some helpful suggestions for improving our cooling – without any pressure at all.
