“I just want to rave about Michael and Laura Desmond. They were absolutely fantastic – so responsive and incredibly polite and helpful. But the biggest thing was Michael’s skill and knowledge as a plumber. We had a really serious issue today with a sewer backup, and Michael was able to quickly diagnose that the problem was with the city’s main drain instead of our own. Honestly, if he hadn’t been prepared to think ahead, we could have had a complete disaster flooding our basement with sewage. They’re truly exceptional professionals, and I highly recommend them.”
