Branden, the engineer, was fantastic – he meticulously inspected my foundation, explained exactly what had been done wrong over the past six years, and laid out all my options in a way that was easy to understand. He even offered valuable advice on protecting my hillside foundation during the patio project. I got a really detailed estimate and a clear breakdown of the work, and the crew was incredibly professional and hardworking. They not only installed the necessary posts, piers, and sister girders, but they even took care of sealing a rodent entry point – completely free of charge! Branden even checked everything out himself after the job was done, letting me see the results without needing to get messy under the house.   “I can’t recommend LA Structural and their team – Dale, Jim, and Angel & crew – highly enough. We were initially worried about the cost of replacing our hillside retaining wall, but they came up with a brilliant alternative solution: regrading the soil and repairing the brickwork, which gave us a really comparable result. Jim was fantastic throughout the whole process, always keeping me informed and making sure I understood everything that was happening. The team was also incredibly friendly and kept the work area spotless. They finished the job exactly on time, and actually a little early!   Dale and Max did a fantastic job assessing my hillside home – I was really impressed with them. They were so friendly and honest, which made a huge difference, especially after dealing with so many contractors recently. They took the time to thoroughly check the structure and drainage, and they patiently answered all my questions and concerns.   Dale Terndrup and the team at LA Structural were absolutely fantastic – they really came through for me when I had a frustrating basement water problem. We had some incredibly heavy rain in early 2023, and my 100-year-old basement started leaking, and Dale wisely advised me to hold off on any repairs until the weather calmed down, recognizing the significant cost involved. Then, when another intense storm hit in the fall, we finally decided to get it fixed, and they completely nailed it. They installed French drains and a new sump pump, and the quality of their work was outstanding – they finished on time and within budget, and they even took care of all the little details that really made a difference. Best of all, it’s completely dry now! I can’t recommend LA Structural highly enough. report abuse
