  Overall, we were really pleased with the work Foundation Works did for the Earthquake Brace and Bolt program. Honestly, we went into this with very little experience in this type of project, so we weren't quite sure what to anticipate. Their proposal was exceptional – it was incredibly detailed and included solutions we hadn’t seen from the other contractors. The team, led by Marquis, was fantastic – they were punctual, incredibly hardworking, and took great care to leave the site spotless after each day. Everyone – Nick, Oscar, and Henry – were courteous and professional. What really set them apart was how responsive and communicative they were throughout the whole process. They were easy to reach, always quick to answer our questions, and we felt like a valued partner.   I can’t recommend Foundation Works highly enough. They were absolutely fantastic to work with from start to finish. I initially had them assess my foundation a few years back, and knew a significant amount of work was needed. This summer, I was so pleased to have Matt, Ernesto, and the entire team on-site for over a week – they did an incredible job completely rebuilding and strengthening my foundation. They installed 33 new post and pier assemblies, new joists, girders, and reinforced my retaining walls. Throughout the process, they were incredibly responsive, hardworking, and respectful of my property. They took the time to answer all my questions and went to great lengths to minimize any disruption. While there were a couple of minor cosmetic issues – a stucco crack and a few small plaster cracks – that arose from lifting my 100-year-old home, they handled everything with professionalism. Now, walking on a level foundation for weeks has been such a relief, and I'm completely confident in the stability and safety of my home thanks to Foundation Works.   Overall, we had a fantastic experience with Foundation Works. From the initial inspection, they were incredibly thorough, which was a huge relief – several other contractors had even told us they couldn't handle our house’s unique design. They stuck to their promises and kept us within the agreed-upon budget throughout the entire project. I especially want to commend Luis and his team – Carlos, Michael, Nathan, and Guillermo – for their professionalism, punctuality, and friendly demeanor.   Overall, we were incredibly pleased with The Foundation Works and their EBB Retrofit Program work. We’d been considering this project for a long time, and we’re so glad we finally took the plunge. The whole process was surprisingly smooth – we received a bid on August 9th, signed the contract on the 14th, and the work was finished by September 5th, with the final permit approved on September 10th. What really stood out was how professional and friendly the crew was. It was fantastic to hear them communicating well and even singing as they worked in the crawl space! Juan was also fantastic, proactively suggesting some repairs that we gladly had him include in the project. Marquis and Nicholas were incredibly patient and responsive throughout the whole thing, answering all our questions with a smile. We also want to give a big thanks to the Scheduling and Accounts Receivable team – they were wonderfully helpful. We wholeheartedly recommend The Foundation Works! report abuse
