  Mark and his team did an absolutely incredible job rescuing our floors! My wife and I were completely overwhelmed – we tried to refinish them ourselves, but after a really tough 20 hours, they were just awful. We were feeling so defeated and exhausted. Luckily, we found Mark, and he was amazing from the very first call. He was so knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about wood floors, and he immediately put us at ease.   Mark and his team did an absolutely fantastic job with my floors! I was really impressed with how quickly he responded to my initial call and got the scheduling sorted out to fit my needs. They arrived right on time – 8:30 am – and tackled the entire 400 square feet, completely transforming the floors. Honestly, they were in terrible shape before – lots of scratches, dents, and stains – but they sanded, applied the first coat, and then finished it off beautifully the next day with the final coat. The maple floors look absolutely smooth and well-finished now. It was a really professional and reliable service. report abuse

  Mark is a fantastic handyman! He’s always incredibly professional, neat, and punctual.
