  I couldn’t be happier with the recent work Total Comfort Mechanical did at my home – the heat pumps, new water tank, and all the HVAC upgrades. Wendell was fantastic – so professional, efficient, and really knew his stuff. And Nelson and the team were just as great, from the very first consultation right through to the final installation. They explained everything so clearly, and they were incredibly patient when I was a little confused about the Mass Save program. The technicians were always on time, treated my property with respect, and left everything spotless.   Long was fantastic! He was so professional and really knew what he was doing – he got right up into the attic to diagnose the issue with our air handler quickly. He clearly explained everything to me, gave me a fair estimate, and then efficiently got the parts and completed the repair.   I just wanted to say what a fantastic experience I had! The tech was so thoughtful – he noticed I was wearing a mask and immediately offered one, which we really appreciated. He even pointed out we weren't wearing shoes, and took them off himself! Everyone I spoke with was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, truly excellent service all around.   Wendell and his team were fantastic! They really took the time to understand our old home and our heating/cooling needs when they quoted us a new ducted heat pump system.
