The roof installation itself was exceptional – truly superb and incredibly thorough. But what really set them apart was their going above and beyond; they even proactively re-shingled a small roof we had built over our grill without us asking! When I inquired about replacing a damaged gutter, they not only took care of it immediately but insisted on doing so without charging any extra, even covering the cost of the extra trip.   Overall, we had an absolutely fantastic experience with this company. From the start, Igor was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, always ready to answer our questions. The quality of their work was outstanding, and they completed the roof project quickly and professionally – a real testament to their efficiency.   I was in a really tough spot when I needed a new roof, and I’m so grateful for Igor’s help. The original roofer sadly passed away while he was already partway through the job, and I was worried about serious water damage. Igor stepped in on a Monday and finished the work by Thursday – just in time! He went above and beyond, and I’m especially touched that he offered to donate the entire cost of the job to the family of the original roofer, even though he didn’t know them personally.   I couldn’t be happier with the new roof Universal Construction installed. They did a fantastic job – they completely replaced our roof, garage, and shed in just two days! Igor was incredibly responsive and a really nice guy to work with. The quality of their workmanship and the materials they used were top-notch, and I especially appreciate that they upgraded us to shingles with built-in algae protection – our old roof was constantly battling moss. Plus, the ice and water shield they installed underneath gives me so much peace of mind, especially with how much ice we get here.
