  Doug did a fantastic job with our sump pump maintenance – he was there right on time and was so helpful, explaining everything he was doing in a really friendly and courteous way. We’ve been really pleased with this company since they installed our pumps; they’ve always been responsive and easy to work with. They were so courteous and professional, and they finished the work exactly when they said they would.   Matt did a fantastic job repairing the crack in our basement. He was really thorough, explaining everything he was doing which I appreciated, and it only took him about two hours. Honestly, the technique he used was so much better than the typical patching methods – it’s a much cleaner and more cost-effective solution. report abuse

  Patrick and his team did an absolutely fantastic job waterproofing our basement – we couldn’t be happier with the results. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, their professionalism and care were truly exceptional. We had some unexpected issues arise during the four-day project, but Patrick was incredibly proactive, always keeping us informed and clearly explaining how they were addressing each challenge. He went above and beyond, taking the time to walk us through the entire system, covering everything from operation to power failures and the warranty. Importantly, they left the basement spotless each day, and we genuinely felt like they treated our home with respect. It was a really unsettling experience when we suddenly had water in the basement after so many years, but Rescon made the whole process so smooth and reassuring – we’re definitely a customer for life and would wholeheartedly recommend them! report abuse

  Overall, I was really pleased with the quality of the work that was done. The team was fantastic – incredibly friendly and professional, and they took the time to explain everything to me. They kept me well-informed throughout the three days, proactively updating me on their progress and what still needed to be done. However, there were a couple of issues that prevented me from giving a full five-star rating. They were scheduled to arrive at 8 am, but they didn’t actually get here until after 9:30 on several occasions, and I had to call to check on their arrival times. This meant the job stretched out over a weekend and took three days instead of the originally planned two. report abuse

He really took the time to understand my specific needs and, thankfully, steered me toward a system that worked well within my budget.   Pat, Jess, and Mike were fantastic – they got my system installed in a single day and left the whole area spotless. You could tell they really cared about their work, and Pat was particularly helpful, taking the time to walk me through the system and answer all my questions thoroughly.
