  “I’m incredibly frustrated and frankly, devastated by the experience working with this company. I was initially promised a lot – a significant upfront deposit, temporary housing for my team, and quick payment schedules – all by the superintendent, Ben Farmer, who personally walked my bid to the owner. However, just five days before we were scheduled to start a $260,000 project, we were blindsided to learn the superintendent had left. Despite assurances from Richard Garriott over the phone, the promises were immediately retracted. We were then told we could receive draws monthly, but the process was consistently delayed – a supposed two-week turnaround stretched to a frustrating 30 days. The whole situation was chaotic, with no one truly knowledgeable managing the project. To cover the delays, I ended up paying for my team’s hotel stays, and as a result, they ultimately left me. I took out a loan to keep the project moving forward, but even then, the payments were consistently mishandled. Adding insult to injury, they delivered the wrong flooring – glue-down vinyl instead of the specified click-n-lock – forcing us to fight for what was right, and unfortunately, they retaliated by trying to get rid of us. Now, I’m facing serious financial hardship; my employees aren’t paid, I’m behind on my truck payments, and my wife’s car is in repossession. I’m left with no team and a completely ruined project, and I’m planning to bring this whole situation to light to hold them accountable.” report abuse

  I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience with F&H Construction. From start to finish, they were unprofessional and unreliable. The secretary was consistently rude and unresponsive to my calls, and the quality of their work was simply unacceptable. We ended up having to hire another company to correct their mistakes, which, thankfully, did a fantastic and professional job. Honestly, I strongly advise against using F&H Construction – it’s best to avoid them altogether. report abuse
