We were absolutely thrilled with the service we received! The team you sent over was fantastic – incredibly respectful, hardworking, and did a truly excellent job. We especially appreciated them taking the time to wipe down the walls when they were finished. We’re so happy we chose your company and everyone, from the receptionist to the service people, provided outstanding service. It was definitely the best decision we made getting our heat pump from you. Thank you so much for the excellent experience!

Hometown Heating & Cooling was fantastic! Our old heat pump finally gave out, and they quickly got us scheduled for a repair. To our relief, they were able to replace it that same day – a huge help since we rely on it for heat. The technicians were incredibly friendly, professional, and did a really efficient job. We’d definitely recommend them to anyone!

Hometown Heat pump was fantastic to work with – truly a positive experience from start to finish. Everyone I spoke with was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and they really took the time to answer all of my wife and my questions. We were so lucky they were able to get the installation scheduled within just two weeks of our initial consultation. The whole team was fantastic; they handled some tricky wiring issues with our home and did a truly excellent job. I especially want to commend Ray and Andrew for their expertise, efficiency, and thoughtfulness – they were especially considerate of our 6-month-old’s nap schedule during the installation. Overall, it was a wonderful team and I highly recommend them.

“The team was fantastic – they really took the time to walk me through everything, explaining each step and asking for my input on where to place the equipment. I appreciated that they let me inspect the units alongside them and patiently went over the remote controls and all the features. They were incredibly attentive, constantly checking to see if I had any questions and always providing clear, helpful answers. Plus, they even verified the quantity of the supplied parts, which I thought was a really thoughtful touch. Overall, outstanding customer service.”

Hometown did a really great job installing my two heat pumps – they got it done in just three hours and were super professional.

Okay, so I was really excited about the Minisplit unit – the R32 heat pump with the 12-month no interest financing sounded fantastic. It’s been running well for the last six months (June ‘23 to January ‘24), and while it’s definitely keeping my place cool in the summer and warm in the winter, I’m starting to wonder if it’s really delivering the savings I was hoping for. My initial rating was five stars, but now I’m settling on three – I’m just not seeing the impact on my energy bills as much as I’d expected.
-
“I was really impressed with this team – they were professional and did a fantastic job. They took great care of my home, cleaned up thoroughly, and left it exactly as they found it. I highly recommend them!”
-
“I’m so pleased with my service – I really loved the initial installation a couple of years back, and Chase did an amazing job with the cleaning recently. He was really professional. I was hoping you could consider bringing back the annual MX plans, though; it seems like not everyone needs a lot of explanation about what they do!”
-
“I just wanted to say a huge thank you to the Hometown Heat Pump team! Everyone was so friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. The installation was completed quickly – about 10 days after the estimate – and the financing was really straightforward. I absolutely love my new heat pumps!”
