    Overall, I had a really positive experience with the team! Bri was fantastic – so helpful and communicative, and she was great to talk to. Pedro was also incredibly accommodating; he quickly diagnosed a battery issue and got me a new one so I could use the lift the next day. The gentleman I met when I picked it up was really nice and took the time to help me get it set up. My only frustration was that when I needed it, the battery indicator was misleading and it wasn’t working properly – it’s a shame, but I appreciate their quick response and willingness to help. report abuse

They repeatedly pushed back my reservation, prioritizing larger clients, and essentially told me my needs weren't a priority. Hearing they were ‘highly utilized’ just meant I shouldn’t expect them to stick with my booking.
