  I’ve decided not to move forward with AAA Reicks. My experience during a phone conversation with the owner was concerning. I felt I was treated with disrespect and a condescending tone while simply seeking clarification about the work they’d be doing for my business. That kind of interaction is completely unacceptable, and frankly, it’s not the standard I expect from a business partner. report abuse

  I was really disappointed with Reicks’ service. I’m usually very understanding of businesses and their occasional mistakes, but this experience left me feeling completely let down. I hired him for a crucial project – regrading our home’s foundation – based on positive reviews, and the whole process was incredibly unprofessional. He initially gave us a fair estimate and scheduled the work for October 26th, but then cancelled just a week later with no explanation. When he finally contacted us to reschedule, he blamed the ground being too hard and frozen. Frankly, it seemed odd that this wasn't communicated upfront, especially considering we were in Minnesota where the weather can be unpredictable. His responses were curt and he never offered any real solutions or an apology. The situation escalated when I asked for an explanation, and he insisted I send him an email – while he was supposedly working! It felt like a huge waste of time. Ultimately, it turned out another company was working in the area, and the ground wasn’t actually frozen. The lack of communication and genuine concern was incredibly frustrating, and I wouldn't recommend him based on this experience. report abuse

  “We had a leak on the exterior of our house, and while they did eventually fix it, I was really disappointed with the price. Honestly, it felt incredibly overpriced – I could have gotten kids from the neighborhood to do the job for less than $2,000. It was a really frustrating experience.” report abuse
