  “I was really pleased with the service I received from this company. I contacted Aaron, the owner, to have a new Chamberlain B970 garage opener installed, and he was fantastic – incredibly helpful and responsive to all my questions. After speaking with him, we decided to go with them based on his excellent communication. Brian then came to our home to do the installation. He quickly identified that the problem wasn’t the opener itself, but the garage door springs, and explained that installing the new opener would actually cause more issues. We discussed our options and I decided to have him replace the springs as well – it was the safest and most sensible solution. Brian did an absolutely amazing job; he was incredibly thorough, explaining everything to us and working diligently for about four hours. He patiently walked us through how to use the remote and program the outdoor opener. I can’t recommend Aaron and Brian enough – they were both truly professional and did a fantastic job!” report abuse
