However, we encountered a difficult situation – the seller’s mobile home was vandalized between our initial tour and the closing date. While I’d definitely consider using her business again, I’d absolutely require a second walkthrough immediately prior to closing to ensure there are no unforeseen issues.   I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience. From the moment I bought my house, the company took absolutely no responsibility for the issues I discovered. I contacted them within a day of closing to report damage and a breach of contract, and they were completely unresponsive and even started pressuring me for extra money despite the purchase being dependent on the sale of my old home – as clearly outlined in our agreement. It’s completely unprofessional and frankly, a huge letdown. Now we’re stuck with unexpected expenses on a house that’s worth less than we paid, and it’s been a really stressful and frustrating process. report abuse
