  “Paul was a really helpful and friendly repairman, and we appreciated his kindness. However, they really only work on systems that aren’t more than 20 years old, and when we got a quote for a new furnace, it was just over $5,000 – unfortunately, that was far too expensive for us.” report abuse

They were incredibly responsive and had a technician out to fix my furnace on the same day – which was a huge relief during the winter. The technician was fantastic – really polite, did a thorough job, and was very helpful. They’ve been out to my house twice for furnace repairs, once for AC work, and finally to install a new furnace – and each time they were fantastic. They were incredibly efficient, really knowledgeable about HVAC systems, and thankfully, very reasonable in price. No confusing jargon or pressure – just straightforward, honest service. Jim was fantastic – he really took the time to understand my needs and helped me find the perfect, high-efficiency furnace for my five-unit building, including adding air conditioning. Beyond that initial replacement, I’ve called him several times for smaller issues in the other apartments, and he’s always been incredibly helpful and offered solid advice that’s saved me from needing to schedule a full service call.
