  Honestly, working with Sam and Ian to renovate our Victorian house was an absolute game-changer. It was a really challenging year-long project – compounded by the craziness of the Covid supply chain and all the delays with the town’s zoning processes. But they were incredibly reliable and professional throughout the entire process. They handled everything from the architectural work to navigating the town’s regulations and managing the complexity of the project, and their design advice was fantastic. Seriously, they single-handedly made this renovation a huge success. I’d recommend SKA to anyone I know, and I’ve been a huge advocate for their team.   Sam is a really reliable and conscientious contractor. I’ve worked with him on a few projects, including the wiring for my house, and I was consistently impressed with his dedication and meticulous approach – he clearly applies the same level of care to other jobs as he did to his own.   I was incredibly impressed with this firm’s approach – they were the first I’d come across utilizing VR to offer virtual walkthroughs for clients and contractors before construction even started. It’s a fantastic way to ensure clients fully grasp the scale of a project, and I’m sure it’s a really appealing addition. Furthermore, the owner’s prior experience on the contractor side gave him a unique perspective that was invaluable in explaining the construction process.
