Even though we couldn’t recreate the issue during her visit, she took the time to do a really thorough inspection, made a few small adjustments, and didn’t charge me a thing! Honestly, I’ve always been impressed with their reliability, the affordable rates, and the genuinely friendly service.   Justin’s Garage Door Repair really impressed me. They clearly take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers’ satisfaction – and their prices are fantastic! I had a really bad morning when my torsion spring broke, and I got quotes from a few different places. Justin’s was the only one who offered a quick, over-the-phone quote, unlike some others who wanted to charge a hefty fee just for an in-person visit. They promised to get it fixed that day, and they absolutely delivered! They arrived around 1 PM, completed the repair in about 30 minutes, and were incredibly professional and friendly. They didn’t try to sell me anything extra, which I really appreciated.   Brayden did an absolutely fantastic job fixing our garage door! We called them the day it stopped working and they were able to get someone out to us really quickly. Brayden was incredibly thorough – he brought all the necessary parts, gave us a clear and reasonable estimate, and completed the repair quickly. He even took the time to check our other garage doors to make sure everything was working properly. He was just a really friendly, respectful, and professional guy.
