  Honestly, I had a really negative experience with James from Mass Pools. While he presents himself professionally, he’s incredibly unreliable. He’s frequently late, doesn’t stick to a schedule, and seems to only show up when he feels like it. I used to trust him, but recently his service has been completely unacceptable – I’d definitely keep a very close eye on him if you choose to hire him. report abuse

  James has been a fantastic asset to us for the past couple of years. We really appreciate his expertise in pool maintenance – he even installed a heater for us that’s been working flawlessly since day one.   Overall, we’re incredibly pleased with the recent upgrades at Mass Pools. They’ve done a fantastic job getting the pool open and adding the electric heat pump – the water is already looking sparkling after just two days! Cynthia in the office has also been fantastic, really helpful and easy to reach with any questions we had. report abuse

  James and his team were fantastic – they really pinpointed the cause of the pool leak and fixed it quickly. They also took care of all the necessary maintenance and replaced our liner.   “I couldn’t be happier with Mass Pools! From the very beginning, everyone we interacted with was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Our pool needed a pretty thorough maintenance overhaul, more than just a typical opening, and they handled absolutely everything with professionalism and care.   I just wanted to share how incredibly impressed I was with the customer service I received. Seriously, it was the best I’ve ever experienced! They didn’t just try to sell me something; they took the time to really understand my problem with the pool. The representative was so patient and helpful, walking me through the steps to fix it without me having to spend any money.
