  Andres was fantastic – truly a professional from start to finish. My old roof was finally ready for replacement, and he got a really detailed quote to me within a few days. He was so helpful, answering all my questions and even bringing shingle samples so I could pick the perfect color. The whole process was smooth and quick, and he kept me updated every step of the way. His crew was fantastic too – you could tell they were passionate about their work, and the quality of the roof installation is outstanding.   Overall, Perez Home Improvement did an absolutely fantastic job on our house. They were incredibly thorough – they identified a problem area with our roof and explained the extra cost to us upfront, which we really appreciated. They then went above and beyond by replacing our siding and even fixed a rotten spot with leftover material from the roof project. The cleanup was spotless, and our house looked brand new!   “We were so incredibly happy with Perez Home Improvement! We’d gotten several estimates from different roofers, and thankfully, Andres was recommended to us. He was the only one who answered on a Saturday and even came out to give us an estimate – it was noticeably lower than everyone else’s. He got us scheduled right away, and the quality of the work was outstanding. Andres did a fantastic job removing branches and a satellite dish, plus he tackled those four layers of old shingles. Our new roof looks absolutely beautiful, and we couldn't be happier with the whole experience.
