  Honestly, working with Miller Custom Remodeling LLC was a bit of a rollercoaster, but ultimately a really positive experience. We hired them in the summer of 2022 to remodel our house, and it took longer than originally promised – they actually started the work before Thanksgiving after several delays. It was frustrating at times, especially with the weather throwing us curveballs. However, Nolan Miller and his team were incredibly professional and accommodating throughout the whole process. Despite the setbacks, they stuck with the job, even cleaning up after the snowstorms, and they were always willing to work with us. They paid attention to the small details and handled everything with such a cheerful attitude. We really appreciate Nolan’s dedication and willingness to go the extra mile.   Kevin was fantastic to work with. He really took the time to explain everything involved in the project, and he was always quick to respond to my questions and concerns.   “We were so pleased with Miller Custom Remodeling! We had significant wind damage to our roof after a storm and they handled the entire process – dealing with our insurance and getting our new roof installed – with incredible professionalism. Everyone we worked with was fantastic; they were incredibly helpful, responsive, and made the whole thing so smooth.   Miller Custom Remodeling did a fantastic job expanding our patio. It was a tricky project because we had old concrete in place, but the team really listened to our concerns and worked with us every step of the way. Scheduling was incredibly easy and flexible, and they even went the extra mile by cleaning and matching the new concrete color perfectly – it looks amazing!   “I was really stressed out after a hailstorm caused significant damage to my house – the roof, siding, and even my screens were affected. Thankfully, I contacted Miller Customer Remodeling, and they were fantastic. They sent an adjuster out to assess the damage, and then went above and beyond by meeting with my insurance company’s adjuster themselves. Miller Customer Remodeling completely handled the entire process, from replacing my roof and siding to fixing the window screens. It took all the worry out of it; I didn’t have to worry about coordinating everything.
