  “We were completely new to remodeling and were so impressed with Payman and the Bay Area Design and Construction team. We interviewed several contractors and Payman really stood out – he took the time to understand our vision and answer all of our questions without ever pressuring us to sign a contract. He was incredibly patient and honest about what to expect, which was a huge relief. Throughout the project, Payman and his team were incredibly organized and efficient, especially considering the challenges with material sourcing during the pandemic. We appreciated the regular weekly updates and how he proactively addressed any issues, offering creative solutions. He was always available to answer questions, even outside of our scheduled meetings. We were out of the country for a significant period and Payman went above and beyond to ensure the project kept moving forward, even connecting with us via video calls to provide updates. Even after we moved in, Payman has continued to offer support, and we honestly feel incredibly fortunate to have worked with him and his team.   “We couldn't be happier with the work Payman and Bay Area Design & Construction did on our house. From the initial demo and rebuild, they were absolutely fantastic. We seriously considered several contractors, but Payman really stood out. What impressed us most was his incredible honesty and transparency – he was completely upfront about potential challenges and costs from the start, unlike some other companies where things seemed to change as the project progressed. Beyond that, the quality of his work is outstanding. We were able to see his previous projects, and you could tell he pays incredible attention to detail. And Payman is a fantastic project manager. He kept us informed every step of the way with weekly meetings, proactively addressing any issues and making sure we made all the necessary decisions to keep things on track. Plus, his crew was always professional and courteous, and he handled all the communication with the subcontractors for us. He even connected us with some great vendors, helping us get some fantastic finishes at a good price! One thing that really showed us how dedicated he was, was when we discovered a problem with the tile work in one of the bathrooms after everything was finished. He immediately recognized it, fixed it himself, and even covered the cost of the new tiles without us asking!   Payman and his team have been fantastic to work with on several of our remodeling projects – mostly kitchens and bathrooms. He’s incredibly responsive, always answering texts and calls promptly and he’s consistently on time for meetings. What really stands out is his calm and professional approach; he handles any challenges that come up with such ease, making it seamless for us as homeowners. He takes the stress out of everything, ensuring we don’t have to worry about a thing. I especially appreciate his regular walkthroughs – he’s so attentive to detail and genuinely wants to make sure we're completely satisfied. Beyond Payman, our team is truly exceptional.
