  Overall, we had a really positive experience working with this company. Juan, Nixon, and the whole crew did a fantastic job with the deck framing and really addressed some issues that came up. We did unfortunately have a small puncture caused by a dropped piece of wood after completion, but they stepped in immediately and repaired it without any extra charges – we were incredibly grateful for their responsiveness and professionalism.   “I had a walkthrough with Jesus in early August and requested two estimates – one for a full courtyard coating redo and another just to fix the damage from the previous coating job caused by peeling tape. A month later, I only received an estimate for a full redo, and we decided we only wanted the damage repaired. Since then, I’ve contacted Jesus and the office over a dozen times, but haven’t been able to get a revised estimate. It’s incredibly frustrating. Last week, he said he’d be starting the work this week, but now it’s Saturday and he’s completely unresponsive. Honestly, the whole situation feels incredibly unprofessional, and it’s concerning that masking tape caused the original damage – it suggests the initial work wasn’t done properly.” report abuse

  I’d really be hesitant to recommend this company based on my experience. They did the waterproofing for my new townhouse development in 2021, but unfortunately, we’ve had ongoing water problems in all three units over the past two years. It suggests a potential issue with the quality of their work. More concerningly, they’ve been incredibly difficult to reach. When I contacted them about the leaks, they initially dismissed our project as too small for their business. Worse still, they missed a scheduled appointment and haven’t responded to my calls or texts since. report abuse

  Salvatore and his company were incredibly disappointing. We hired him to address some water leaks, given his previous work waterproofing our buildings under warranty, but he initially dismissed the job as too small. He then cancelled our appointment and falsely told our builder that he hadn't heard from us – a complete fabrication. Our builder was genuinely shocked by his unprofessional behavior and the overall lack of communication. report abuse

  I contacted these guys three times over a two-week period to get an estimate for a roof leak, but I’m really disappointed with the response. The first time, I was just bounced off to the estimator, Nelson, via his mobile, and left a voicemail. Still, nothing. It’s frustrating that they haven’t gotten back to me after all that time – it makes me question how they actually operate their business. report abuse
