  Overall, Approved Contractors did a fantastic job – truly a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. They were incredibly professional from the outset, providing us with all the information and pricing we needed without any pushy sales tactics. Steve and his team were exceptional; the installation itself was top-notch. We did have a minor sealing issue that Steve promptly addressed when he followed up, which we really appreciated. And we also want to give a shout-out to their office staff – they were consistently friendly and kept us perfectly informed about everything, from product shipment to the installation schedule. From start to finish, they were incredibly professional – they arrived on time, worked efficiently, and, importantly, left our house spotless. Jared, our main contact, was a fantastic guy. He was always responsive to my calls and emails, patiently answered all my questions, and provided us with all the necessary paperwork, including copies of their licenses and insurance, which really put our minds at ease. This was a big, stressful project for us, and we’d been putting it off for a long time. But once Approved Contractor took over, our anxiety just melted away. They were completely transparent, with no hidden fees or surprises – which was a huge relief, especially after a previous bad experience with a contractor.   Overall, Approved Contractors provided an absolutely fantastic experience. From start to finish, the team was incredibly professional and reliable. They were exceptionally clear about the work, offered fair and transparent pricing with no hidden fees, and, crucially, delivered on their promises – always on time! I was particularly impressed with their commitment to customer satisfaction. They genuinely seemed to prioritize our needs and we’ve already recommended them to several friends and family members. The quality of their work – the stucco, painting, and window installation – was excellent and fully compliant with building codes. I want to give a special shout-out to Rene, our foreman, who was fantastic at keeping us informed throughout the project, and to Matt and Kimi in the office who were both incredibly responsive and helpful. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and we felt completely confident in their abilities.   Overall, I was really pleased with the work done on my house. The stucco repair and the Cool Life paint look fantastic, and they did a fantastic job matching the existing color – which was a huge relief for me. They were consistently on time and kept me well-informed about the progress, which I really appreciated. My only small concern was that I requested to speak with the foreman, but no one ever stopped by. I’ve had that experience with other contractors in the past, so it wasn't a major issue, but it would have been nice. I’d definitely recommend giving them a call to hear about the Cool Life paint – it’s truly impressive! report abuse

  Eli and his crew at Approved Contractors did an absolutely fantastic job with our windows and siding – it looks incredible! They were consistently on-site, punctual, and really went above and beyond, even building a custom gable vent for us.   Overall, we were really pleased with ApprovedContractor’s work replacing our siding, trim, and windows, and the painting too. It was a challenging project, as they had to work alongside another contractor, but they were incredibly flexible with their scheduling which really helped everything run smoothly. The new siding and trim look fantastic, and the windows fit perfectly – you can tell they did a really thorough and high-quality job. We were also really impressed that they went above and beyond by installing custom replacements for the door vents, which solved a problem we hadn’t even anticipated. We wholeheartedly recommend them and definitely plan to use them again when we tackle our roof replacement in the future. report abuse
