  Overall, I had a really positive experience with Long Fence. The salesperson was great – knowledgeable and friendly, and they offered me a fair price.   Long Fence did a fantastic job – I was really impressed with their professionalism and how well they stuck to the specifications I provided. While they were a bit pricier than some of the other quotes, the quality of the finished fence and the speed with which they completed it were definitely worth it.   I couldn’t be happier with my new vinyl fence from Long Fence! The installation team was fantastic – they really went above and beyond, working diligently in some pretty challenging conditions. I was so impressed that they pushed ahead with the installation despite the freezing temperatures and snow, which I honestly thought would have been cancelled. It was truly remarkable to see them prepared and ready to work in 20 degrees! The final result is absolutely beautiful and top-notch quality.   “Markall did a great job getting a new gate and fence installed – it’s really helped keep the dogs contained. We appreciated him taking care of our request and were really pleased with the final result.   Overall, I couldn't be happier with Long Fence – they really delivered! I got a fair quote and was immediately impressed with the estimator. I took a little time to get things sorted, but they were completely understanding and provided a revised estimate and a clear timeline for the project, including when materials would arrive and payment schedules. They finished the job in a single day, which was fantastic, and my new red western cedar fence with 6x6 posts looks absolutely gorgeous. My husband was thrilled with the quality of the work and the team was incredibly professional and hardworking. I’ve even gotten compliments from our neighbors!   “I recently had Long Fence replace the fences around my townhome, and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. I got quotes from a few other companies, and Long Fence was, without a doubt, the best value – they were significantly cheaper than the others, about half the price of one and a third of another. From start to finish, everyone was fantastic. The guy who came to my house for the survey and estimate was really professional, friendly, and seemed to know a lot about what he was doing, and he wasn’t pushy at all. They kept me updated during the wait time between the estimate and the installation, which was great. The installation itself was flawless – the team was on time, super nice and helpful, and they did a really thorough job. It took them just a few hours, and the work is absolutely perfect.   “I was incredibly disappointed with my experience. The initial installation was a major problem – the boards were installed backwards on the framing, and despite my repeated requests to the installers, they refused to correct the error. Management didn’t send anyone back to fix it. Now, after just three years, the fence is already falling apart. It’s been the worst customer experience I’ve ever had.” report abuse

  Overall, I had a really positive experience with Long Fence. They installed a privacy vinyl fence on my property in Upper Marlboro, and the installation itself went incredibly smoothly – the team was professional and got the job done much faster than I anticipated. The only slight delay was with the gates, as they needed to be custom-made to fit the slope of my yard, which took about two weeks. However, they kept me informed throughout the process and the gates were installed perfectly when they arrived.   Long Fence did a great job installing both a chain-link fence in my front yard and a 6-foot privacy fence in the backyard. The only slight hiccup was needing to get a professional survey done of the backyard before the privacy fence could be installed, but once that was taken care of, everything went exactly as planned and the quality of work was excellent.
