“I was really impressed with Cloud Goods’ responsiveness and flexibility. I needed a late hotel check out and they immediately worked with me to arrange a scooter pickup for me – even changing the pickup time within just half an hour! It’s fantastic to know they’re so accommodating, and I’m sure I’ll be using their service again in the future.”

Okay, here’s a natural-sounding evaluation of Cloud of Goods based on the text: “I really wish I’d gone with a different mobility scooter rental company. My experience with Cloud of Goods was incredibly disappointing. The scooter I received was nothing like what was pictured on their website – it was a much cheaper, ‘economy’ model with worn tires and a basic, uncomfortable seat. I had a really hard time using it, especially on sidewalks, and ultimately couldn't rely on it during my trip. The local vendor handled the return quickly and understood my desire to cancel, but Cloud of Goods refused to give me a refund, insisting the scooter matched the description because it was just a “knee scooter with a basket.” Honestly, it was obvious the difference – I could have easily found a better model online. I ended up not using it at all, and I’m really frustrated. If you're considering renting through Cloud of Goods, I strongly recommend taking a picture of the scooter before it’s delivered, so you have something to show them if it’s not what you expected.”

I had a truly awful experience with Cloud of Goods. I rented an electric scooter and it was completely broken from the start. The person, Sharon McCall, was unresponsive – she didn’t answer my calls or texts, and frankly, her messages were incredibly rude. To add to the frustration, she used strangers to handle the issue, one of whom was even based in Baltimore, making any sort of quick resolution impossible. It was incredibly stressful, especially because my elderly mother was left stranded in the heat, which was dangerously hot and humid. There was no one to speak to, just a series of texts with no real timeline or estimated time of arrival. They essentially left us stranded, waiting for them to get around to fixing the problem when it suited them. I seriously doubt the positive reviews are genuine – I believe they’re likely from people connected to the business. I wouldn’t recommend this service under any circumstances.
