“Overall, I was really disappointed with this experience. The initial promotion of free attic insulation with the installation felt misleading – the salesperson suggested the work would be a full insulation job, which wasn’t the case. It turned out to be just a basic dusting, and even after I raised my concerns, they only did another quick dusting. The wall foam they installed was incredibly expensive and didn’t seem to actually improve the insulation at all, and the lingering smell of foam lasted much longer than anticipated. To add to the frustration, the installers were consistently over an hour late both days.”
