Honestly, I was really excited to hire this guy based on all the positive reviews I’d read, but my experience has been incredibly frustrating. He took my information – my address – and didn’t provide any quotes or follow up at all. My boyfriend even called to check in, and he received the same unresponsive treatment. Weeks have gone by with no communication whatsoever, and it’s clear those positive reviews must have been misleading.

Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this company for parcel surveys. I contacted them for a quote, provided all my details, and haven’t received so much as an email update – no calls, no quote, nothing. It’s been a complete dead end.
