  I had a really disappointing experience working with Lamar and Tracey. I initially found them difficult to deal with and needed some time to consider putting down earnest money. After I requested that time, Lamar’s behavior changed dramatically, becoming dismissive and rude. Furthermore, they seemed to be pushing me towards a house that wasn’t a good fit for me, which I found quite concerning. Due to these issues, I plan to formally lodge a complaint with the corporate office. report abuse

  “I’m really disappointed with the service I’ve received. As a relatively expensive property, I expected a more proactive and responsive approach to resolving issues. It’s frustrating that they haven’t been quick to help, and I’ve been left feeling quite regretful about the amount of time and effort I’ve spent trying to get things fixed.   Honestly, my experience with this company was really disappointing. They made a lot of great promises during the sales process, but once I actually purchased something, I felt completely ignored and let down. It felt like a huge betrayal. report abuse
