  I’m incredibly frustrated with this appointment. I’d scheduled an appointment, but they completely ignored me – no call, no show, repeated over and over. I left multiple messages trying to get in touch, but nothing ever came of it. Finally, after a lot of hassle, we managed to get a Friday appointment scheduled, but it’s now Wednesday and they still haven’t shown up. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend wasting your time with this practice. report abuse

  Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this service. The experience was really unpleasant – they completely covered my car and garage with grass clippings. If you live nearby, be prepared for your vehicles to be constantly covered in clippings. It was a really bad experience and I’d give them one star only because zero stars isn’t an option. report abuse

  I’m really frustrated with this company’s service. I just moved into my new home and, without any warning, they started mowing my lawn on several occasions. My neighbors were just as confused, and I finally caught them in the act. To make matters worse, I received a bill addressed to a nonexistent homeowner – they don’t even know my name! I absolutely won’t be paying for a service I never requested. report abuse

  “I’d recommend keeping a close eye on any of those properties if you live nearby. Unfortunately, one of their employees recently caused an accident – they hit my car and sped off. It seemed like a really irresponsible situation.” report abuse
