    I’m incredibly frustrated with this company. I’ve had a really bad experience – they’ll tell you your bill is paid, then suddenly claim it’s not, despite me providing proof. They’ve even tried to take a second payment from my account, and now they’re just brushing it off. We purchased a home through them in 2017 and recently contacted them about a small late fee – a mere $25 – and were completely turned down. We’ve never been late on a payment, even considering the challenges of the past few years, and it’s frustrating they wouldn’t even consider waiving it.     Honestly, our experience with WCDA has been incredibly frustrating. We’ve been paying our mortgage through them for over two years, using the same method, and suddenly they’re claiming we haven’t made payments. To make matters worse, they took the money directly from our account without confirming anything! Despite providing detailed bank statements, nothing has resolved the issue. It’s also concerning how staff seem to make negative comments about clients while they’re paying their bills. We’re seriously considering refinancing due to this awful experience. report abuse

    Honestly, my experience with this organization was incredibly frustrating. There was a real disconnect between what was promised and what actually happened. I was assured I wouldn't be charged a late fee after contacting them, but they insisted on a payment being received before the end of the month, despite having already cashed my check. Ultimately, I still received a late fee. Adding to the problem, they don't offer any online payment options – you have to mail your payment, and it took them days to process it, even though it’s a quick trip from Riverton to Casper. It felt like a completely outdated and unhelpful system. I would strongly recommend looking for alternative options – their service clearly needs a significant overhaul, as reflected in their low rating. report abuse

    “Honestly, my experience with this company has been incredibly frustrating. I purchased a property through them back in 2017 and, due to a change in my military assignment, I had to manage it remotely until I was able to sell. Now, they’re claiming I’m in violation for not obtaining permission for certain actions – which, frankly, seems like a completely unreasonable concern given that I’ve been consistently making my payments on time. The timing of everything was really difficult, especially with the chaos surrounding COVID-19 and the sudden relocation process. It’s hard to get things done when you’re dealing with a quick move and quarantine protocols. They just don’t seem to understand the challenges I was facing, and it feels like they’re prioritizing paperwork over my situation. It’s disappointing that they’ve lost sight of the positive experience I had while living there and aren’t showing any empathy given the circumstances.” report abuse
