  “We were so grateful for WCC’s handling of the water damage to our home. The issue started with a leaking refrigerator hose and, unfortunately, caused quite a significant mess – water had spread under our flooring, soaked the floorboards, and gone up the walls. It wasn’t immediately obvious how bad it was until WCC responded so quickly. They completely took care of the problem, removing the damaged flooring, walls, and insulation, and addressed the mold effectively. What really impressed us was their thoroughness; they set up plastic barriers and fans to dry the area and had an agent check in daily to monitor the progress. The team was also incredibly courteous, prompt, and helpful, answering all our questions and making what was a really stressful situation a little more manageable.   Bryan was absolutely fantastic – truly a pleasure to work with. He was consistently kind and respectful, and went above and beyond to ensure the current residents weren't disturbed during the work.
