  “I’m absolutely thrilled with my blinds – I bought them from The Blind Guy six years ago, and they’re still looking fantastic! I was so impressed when I called them late on a Friday and they managed to schedule a repair for the following Monday. Wyatt was fantastic – he was incredibly prompt, really knowledgeable about blinds, and just a genuinely courteous guy. He even expertly repaired damage to my vertical blind that a friend had accidentally caused, and he truly went above and beyond what I expected. Then, when I had another blind with a broken pull string, he took care of it completely – sending it to the store to be repaired and then arranging for them to return and reinstall it for me.
