I had a bunch of questions about the crack in our foundation, and he patiently answered them all clearly and explained everything really well – you could tell he’s an expert in his field. He was incredibly thorough, taking the time to examine the whole house even though he quickly determined the issue wasn't structural. As a first-time homeowner, I was really concerned when six tiles in my kitchen cracked and worried about potential foundation problems.
