  I was really disappointed with my experience with Pella. They were incredibly responsive when rescheduling the window installation – which was a huge relief given it was installed twice during the winter – but once I raised concerns about the window not being level and being smaller than what I’d ordered, I received absolutely no follow-up. I called multiple times, including after a supervisor visited, but nobody ever got back to me. I’ve heard similar stories from other Pella customers, and it’s frustrating to see this pattern. I’m worried about the quality of the installation and hope the window itself holds up, but honestly, the lack of communication was really concerning. report abuse

  Irene really wanted to share her positive experience with her Pella windows. She and her family are thrilled with the seven windows and eight-foot slider they installed almost two years ago – they’ve been perfect for their porch. The only minor issue was a screen that had been cut too short, but it took a little time to bring it to their attention. To her surprise and delight, Pella followed up quickly and sent out a completely new screen, which was professionally installed just last week. Irene was so impressed with their responsiveness and commitment to customer satisfaction – she feels Pella truly values its customers and provides a great product with excellent support. report abuse

  Overall, the replacement of the windows at Church of the Good Shepherd in Wareham was a fantastic experience. The new Pella windows are absolutely stunning, and the installation team was truly fabulous – incredibly professional and accommodating from start to finish. Kevin Conchinha, our sales consultant, was outstanding. He was consistently proactive, meeting with us multiple times before and during the process, and always responded quickly to any questions we had.
