I had a really disappointing experience trying to get information. The woman who answered the phone was incredibly rude and dismissive, which made me immediately unwilling to pursue anything further. While the owner was much more pleasant and apologetic, it was too late – the initial negative impression was already firmly established, and I ultimately took my business elsewhere.

I called to get an update and was told their previous job was facing difficulties. It felt incredibly unprofessional that they didn’t inform me of this sooner, and I’m now left waiting for them to be ready – it’s frustrating and quite inconsiderate.
