  I absolutely have to share my fantastic experience with Window World. When I finally decided to replace the old windows in my 13.5-year-old house, I seriously researched all the options – Lowe’s, Home Depot, contractors, and Window World. It quickly became clear that Window World is the only company truly dedicated to windows. From start to finish, I was incredibly impressed. Four guys, led by Josue and his crew, completely replaced all 24 of my windows in a single day! I was able to watch the whole process and was particularly amazed at how skilled and versatile each of them was – they handled every single task. Seeing the windows being trimmed out was especially impressive. I went with the Series 4000 with Low E glass and grids, and the difference is incredible. The noise from the street traffic has been reduced by half, and I'm anticipating a huge boost in energy savings. Plus, the energy rating on these windows could even qualify me for a tax credit – if that’s still available. But what really sets Window World apart is their commitment with the 100% transferable warranty. It’s reassuring to know they stand behind their work.   I’m incredibly frustrated with the ongoing issue of replacing my windows. I’ve been requesting this replacement since last September – the same problem has reappeared: there appears to be mold growing between the glass. After a measurement visit in September, I was promised an email update within about a month, but I never received it until October. At that point, they told me they’d investigate, but November came and went with no action. Now, it's February 2022 and still no communication. I’ve been calling every two business days, as was suggested, and haven’t gotten a single response. I even contacted your corporate office, and they assured me they’d escalate the issue, but I’m still waiting. It feels like you don’t value your customers or the warranties you offer – you seem to think we installed the windows ourselves! Honestly, if you don’t have the capacity to provide proper after-sales service, it’s better to be upfront about that rather than making promises you can’t keep.” report abuse

Toby, our salesperson, was fantastic – he was truly excellent and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with him. However, the installation team was a complete disaster. From the crew manager, Josue, to the service manager, Josh, the entire process was unprofessional and riddled with problems. We had windows and two exterior doors installed, and the door installation itself was a huge mess – they put two turn knobs on one door instead of a deadbolt, damaged one door requiring a nine-week reorder, and then didn't even provide us with the keys. We had to order a new lock because they didn’t know where the original keys were, and it was installed incorrectly, leaving the door completely unlocked. It’s been a five-month nightmare of constant communication and issues. Honestly, the installation team deserves zero stars.   “I hired this company back in January 2021 for siding, facia, and replacement boards, with the promise of a maintenance-free exterior. Despite signing a contract, the work wasn’t actually completed until August 4th, and I didn’t hear from them for months afterward. I sent photos in February and March 2022 to document the issue, but as of April 16th, I still haven’t received any updates or a repair date – just a vague message about someone contacting maintenance. I’ve even contacted the corporate office in North Carolina, but I’m still waiting for a response or a scheduled repair. It seems like they simply covered the problem without actually fixing it, and I only realized the issue was still ongoing because the original materials were starting to fall off.” report abuse

  We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Window World in Chantilly, VA. From the initial consultation to the final installation, everything was handled with professionalism and care. Henry, our sales representative, was incredibly thorough and answered all of our questions about replacing our windows and updating our home’s exterior. The installation team, led by Joshua, were fantastic – they arrived on time, worked incredibly hard, and delivered outstanding results.   “I had a pretty frustrating experience with Window World. I bought 17 windows during the pandemic, and they were installed relatively quickly, though unfortunately, one of the windows was accidentally broken during installation and had to be replaced. Getting the replacement window was a huge problem – I’ve been calling repeatedly since June 11th trying to find out when it would arrive, and it still hadn’t shown up. The customer service was really lacking; I was given mixed advice and nobody seemed to be proactively following up. It took far longer to get just one replacement window than it did to purchase the initial 17. Thankfully, the window was finally installed today, June 12th, and there were no further issues. My main concern was the lack of communication and responsiveness from Window World when things went wrong. I’m giving them credit where it’s due – the windows themselves were reasonably priced, but I’d definitely think twice before contacting them for a warranty issue in the future.” report abuse
