“The Landmark Construction truck was observed traveling excessively fast – at least 90 mph – and exhibiting dangerous weaving behavior while crossing the Don Holt Bridge.”

“I need to express my serious concern about the driving behavior I witnessed involving your company’s truck, license plate TAN445, on August 2nd around 5:00 PM. The driver’s actions were incredibly unsafe and frankly alarming. I observed multiple instances of late braking that forced other drivers to react suddenly, and he repeatedly corrected mistakes by swerving back into traffic. He was also dangerously close to other vehicles, maintaining only three inches of space, and pulled out in front of a line of cars at a stop sign without stopping. It’s unacceptable to operate a company vehicle – especially one with the company’s name clearly visible – with such disregard for safety.”
