  Keith did a fantastic job fixing my uncle’s mini split unit this week when it broke down in the heat. He arrived promptly at 7:30 pm, quickly diagnosed the problem – a clogged drain hose – and took care of it thoroughly, vacuuming it repeatedly until it was clear. He was also really professional and explained everything he was doing, which made me feel completely confident in his work.   I couldn’t be happier with the recent heat pump installation by Derek, Brandon, and the whole team from Tri-County Aire. They were incredibly professional, arrived on time, and got straight to work. They took the time to thoroughly explain the system and how the thermostats work, and I really appreciate them walking me through my options.   Overall, we couldn’t be happier with our new HVAC system and the team at Tri-County Aire. From the start, Robert was fantastic – he took the time to really understand our needs and worked hard to get us the best possible price. The financing options they offered were also a huge factor in our decision. Once the installation began, Dereck K. and Brandon Q. were absolutely outstanding. They were incredibly punctual, arriving early in the morning and were consistently courteous, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the process. Despite some challenges with our older home, they tackled them with patience and a positive attitude, always answering our questions and ensuring we were comfortable. Even when they encountered delays with the thermostat software updates, they remained focused and professional. It was a long day for them, but their dedication and excellent customer service didn’t waver. We’re truly thrilled with our new system and the entire team at Tri-County Aire! report abuse

  “We were so happy with the whole experience! Our old air conditioner finally gave out last summer, and we were really impressed with the service. Robert was fantastic – he got us a great quote and handled the entire process from start to finish. Then, Joey G and Mike J came last week to install the new unit, and they were just wonderful. They were incredibly professional, really neat and organized, and took the time to explain everything to us. Despite the cold weather, they did as much testing as possible and promised to come back once it was warmer to double-check the settings. Despite the unexpectedly cold weather, they stayed focused and completed the installation within the estimated four hours.   Overall, we had a really positive experience with Tri-County Aire. Cody and Jake, the installers, were fantastic – so friendly, professional, and really took the time to do the job right, paying close attention to detail. They were genuinely focused on both our needs and getting the work done perfectly, which is why we’re giving them five stars. However, we did encounter a couple of hiccups. The company didn’t initially supply everything they needed, and a delivery had to be arranged. That wasn't their fault, of course. Also, Robert, our sales consultant, didn't check in during the installation as he’d promised, and he didn’t arrive to discuss the paperwork for the rebate with SMECO – though he did reassure us it would be sorted out the next day. We’re really pleased with the new system so far, but we feel there’s room for improvement in the company’s administrative processes. We’re happy to settle the final balance once we receive the corrected paperwork and a copy of our original contract. report abuse

  We wanted to express our sincere thanks to Tri-County Aire, especially Robert C., for their incredibly fast service. When our air conditioning stopped working, Robert came out the very next day and quickly diagnosed the problem, offering us clear options. We decided to replace the entire unit, and we were amazed by the team’s responsiveness. Joey G. and Mulike D. arrived Friday morning before 8 am to install our new Trane unit – they were so pleasant and respectful, even covering our carpets while they worked to remove the old one before we were fully awake! It was a particularly hot and humid day, but Joe and Mulike did a fantastic job getting everything done, and we were soon enjoying the wonderful cool air.   Charles Melville did a great job with the review! He really praised Tim and Chris, saying they were both professional and responsive. He especially appreciated their thoroughness – as someone with previous experience, he was confident in the quality of their work and noted they were happy to answer his questions while they were working. Given that we were replacing a 36-year-old Trane unit, Charles was thrilled to get a like-for-like replacement and expressed his satisfaction with the fair price and recommended Tri-County AIRE to others in the area. report abuse

  “I just wanted to share how incredibly happy we are with Tri-County Aire! From the very beginning, Robert provided fantastic customer service – he was so helpful with the estimate and everything seemed really well organized for the installation. We had both of our heat pumps and ductwork replaced, and I was blown away by the team’s efficiency. Dereck, Brandon, and Joe showed up early and completely finished the job in just one day! Dereck even took the time to explain the new thermostat system, which was really appreciated.
