  “I can’t say enough good things about this company! Seriously, it was the best experience I’ve had with a contractor – from beginning to end. Hans was fantastic; he was so helpful and didn’t push us at all, but he really knew his stuff. And his team – Steve and the whole group – were just wonderful; incredibly kind, professional, and it felt like having a good friend working on our pool. They clearly take a lot of pride in their work, and you could see it in their attitude. We were actually a little sad to see them leave when the job was finally done! They handled everything – it took five visits to our house, but they did absolutely everything except for the electrical work (which was handled quickly and efficiently by a really friendly and professional person). The whole process took 12 days, which was a bit longer than the promised four weeks, but that was due to the weather and some inspections. Despite that, we were absolutely thrilled with the result, and I wholeheartedly recommend this company.” report abuse

  Overall, this was a mixed experience. The crew was friendly and the sales team handled things well, but there were some serious issues that really impacted the final product. They did a decent job initially, and I appreciate that they took the time to measure everything so carefully to ensure a good fit – I added a star for that effort. However, a key problem arose when they didn’t communicate the correct liner design to the manufacturer, despite having years of experience. As a result, I’m left with a noticeable seam, a mismatched pattern, and a separated bead on my pool wall, which was completely hidden before. I was disappointed that Steve just told me it wouldn't leak, and I’ve now been informed that my warranty is void because of this miscommunication. It’s frustrating that no one took the initiative to address the issue proactively. They haven’t offered any solutions yet, and I really hope this review helps them move forward and resolve the problem quickly. I’d be happy to share some photos if you’re interested. report abuse

  We absolutely loved working with this company to install our new pool. Steve and his team were fantastic – he was on-site every day, and his knowledge and skill were truly impressive. From start to finish, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone considering a pool installation.   The Pool Company truly goes above and beyond – it’s honestly the best experience I’ve had when it comes to getting a pool. From the team, led by Steve and Hans, to the whole operation, you can see the incredible pride and dedication they have. Everyone was so professional and focused on making sure I was completely satisfied.   “I can’t say enough good things about Robert, Steve and the whole crew. They installed my pool way back in 2008, and they’ve been taking care of it ever since – including a recent liner replacement.
