  “I was really disappointed with the complete lack of response I received from this company. I contacted them four times – by phone, leaving voicemails, and through social media – and still didn’t hear back. They even asked me to email them, which I did, but it was completely ignored over a two-week period while I was trying to explore becoming a potential client. It’s incredibly frustrating when you don’t receive any communication, and frankly, it makes you question the level of customer service being offered these days.” report abuse
