Amy was fantastic throughout the design process; her insights and suggestions were exactly what we needed to bring everything together beautifully. Honestly, this renovation was a huge improvement compared to our previous experiences, which often lacked clear communication and efficiency. Richard, our project manager, was outstanding. He was consistently punctual, incredibly respectful of our home, and kept us fully informed every step of the way. We were a little nervous about staying in the house during the work, but UBG went above and beyond to keep the construction area contained, and we really appreciated that.
