  “We absolutely love our new kitchen – it’s completely transformed the way our family uses the space and really modernized our first floor. Amy was fantastic throughout the design process; her input and ideas were invaluable and helped everything come together beautifully. Honestly, we’d had some frustrating experiences with previous renovations that lacked communication, but Richard was just amazing as our project manager. He was always punctual, incredibly respectful of our home, and kept us fully informed every step of the way. We were a little nervous about staying in the house during the renovation, but UBG took that worry away with their careful attention to detail and keeping the construction area completely isolated.   “I was pleased that I received a response a week after my initial contact, as it allowed me to investigate before committing to anything. However, when I followed up, I didn’t get a response. Frankly, that was a real red flag – if they can’t take the time to return a simple call when they’re trying to secure a job, I wouldn’t trust them to be responsive once they’ve got the money.” report abuse
