  “Dealing with foundation issues is definitely unsettling, and it’s so hard to know what’s really going on. We spent a lot of time getting quotes and advice from different companies, but it was tough to separate the genuine assessments from just sales pitches. After a few frustrating conversations, we reached out to Structural Innovations. Jon was fantastic – he responded so quickly and set up an inspection right away. He explained everything clearly at the appointment and then sent us a really thorough report with detailed photos and specific recommendations for our home.   “We hired Structural Innovations hoping they could help us with architectural drawings for our home renovation, but unfortunately, the experience was incredibly frustrating. We started with Jon, who provided a quote and we signed a contract after discussing our needs. However, once we paid the initial deposit, communication completely stopped – we weren’t getting any updates via email, phone, or text. Jon then provided us with a very basic, incomplete sketch of our house with inaccurate dimensions and many of the requested updates missing. He ultimately decided he couldn't continue supporting our project due to his schedule. He then insisted that our deposit wouldn’t be refunded because of his initial work on the flawed sketch. This whole situation caused a delay of nearly four months and, ultimately, we had to find another firm to complete our design plans. It was a really disappointing experience.” report abuse

  “I can’t recommend Structural Innovations enough! Jon Vandergrift and Kelly Dragstrom were fantastic – they really helped put my mind at ease when I noticed some cracking in my foundation. Seriously, if you’re concerned about foundation issues, call them first. They did a thorough assessment, provided a detailed report with very specific repair instructions, and even recommended a great foundation repair company. It saved me a ton of money compared to other companies I spoke with. They even follow up to make sure the repairs were done correctly.
