  “I can’t recommend Structural Innovations enough! Jon Vandergrift and Kelly Dragstrom were fantastic – seriously, call them first if you’re noticing cracks in your foundation or interior walls. They’ll do a thorough assessment and provide a really detailed report with specific instructions for the repair contractor. Honestly, it saved me a ton of money; getting a structural engineer’s opinion upfront is crucial – you’ll avoid overpaying for unnecessary work.
