  I’m so happy with my new Pratt Home! From the very beginning, everyone has been fantastic. Brittney was absolutely wonderful – she really took the time to understand my specific needs and was incredibly helpful. She’s a truly knowledgeable and friendly person to work with. Nik did my walkthrough and he’s just a really great guy, always ready to answer any questions I had about the house. And Dan, who did my initial warranty check, was also fantastic – he was thorough and explained everything clearly. Honestly, the quality of the home itself is amazing too! I’m so grateful to be in my new Pratt Home and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. report abuse

  Overall, the experience was fantastic! Kirk was so friendly and approachable, and Rebecca was a huge help walking me through the design options. Kevin really kept me in the loop with regular updates via email, which I appreciated. Everyone responded quickly to my questions, and I was thrilled that the project finished a week early – I couldn’t have asked for a better result. report abuse

  I just wanted to express my sincere gratitude to Justin Edgeworth at Pratt Homebuilders. He really went above and beyond by taking the time to speak with me on the phone. After I sent him a picture of the issue I was having, he quickly identified the problem and offered a clear solution – all while on the phone!   From start to finish, our experience with Pratt Homes was absolutely fantastic. Chris Scott, our sales person, was a true professional – incredibly knowledgeable, genuinely friendly, and never pushy. He really took the time to understand what we were looking for and showed us a wide range of communities and build stages, always focusing on finding the perfect fit for our needs. Then there was Rebecca Kiszkiel, our designer. She transformed what could have been a stressful process into something truly enjoyable. She was so helpful and patient, guiding us through all the design choices. And finally, Nik Kuchmey and Tyler Vanscourt – our builders – were amazing! They were incredibly easy to work with, answered all of our questions throughout the build, and did an outstanding job. The final walkthrough was perfect; they were so meticulous about the small details and took care of everything. Honestly, we were a little apprehensive about building a house, but working with Pratt Homes was such a pure joy. We couldn't be happier with the result! report abuse

  Honestly, I was incredibly frustrated with this company. From start to finish, the experience was a huge letdown. The staff were consistently unresponsive, missed crucial deadlines, and there was a complete lack of accountability. Specifically, Will was completely unhelpful and left me feeling like I’d been abandoned. Furthermore, the product itself was incredibly poor – it started falling apart within weeks of being built, and it was nowhere near the quality that was initially promised. It’s clear they’re rushing things out with cheap materials, and the results are disastrous. And to top it all off, customer service offered no real support, just vague excuses for their failures. I strongly advise anyone considering this company to look elsewhere – it’s simply not worth the trouble. report abuse

From the very start, it was clear you were truly dedicated to going above and beyond what we expected, and we really appreciate the care and attention you gave every part of the project. Throughout the whole process, your professionalism and knowledge were fantastic. You expertly guided us through all the design choices and patiently addressed any concerns we had, which made what could have been a stressful time so much smoother and more enjoyable. You kept us constantly updated and made sure we were completely happy with how things were progressing – that level of transparency is something we really valued. The finished house is absolutely stunning and far exceeded our expectations. We’re particularly thrilled with the kitchen and great room – the layout is perfect, and the attention to detail in the finishes is just exceptional.
